Christmas Shipping Times:

All orders placed before 3pm QLD time will be sent same day.

From Monday 19th December to Wednesday 21st December all orders over $40 will be sent via Express Post for guaranteed next day delivery to most areas.

Express Post Offer excludes makeup cases as they are to large to be sent via express post, shipping times for makeup cases below.

QLD 1/2 - 1 Day

NSW 1-2 Days

VIC & SA - 2-3 Days

WA & NT - 5 - 7 Days

Shipping Within Australia

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

Generally smaller orders are shipped via Australia Post as it is the most cost effective for small parcels.

Delivery via Australia Post Regular mail is approximately 1-4 business day throughout Australia.

Express Post can be chosen at checkout for orders that are required urgently.

Express Post parcels take 1 business day to arrive.*

Makeup Cases

Larger makeup cases and larger orders are sent via Fastway Couriers.

Fastway Couriers deliver larger items quickly throughout Australia, shipping times are as follows:

QLD 1-2 Days

NSW 1-3 Days

VIC & SA - 2-4 Days

WA & NT - 7 - 10 Days

All items shipped with Fastway Couriers require a signature on delivery, this is a safety precaution for larger, more expensive items, please check items as they are delivered, once a signature is obtained responsibility of the parcel is being accepted and insurance can no longer be claimed, if the parcel looks damaged in any way please inform the delivery driver, do not sign for the parcel and contact us.

If you will not be at the delivery location or would like your parcel left please request during checkout that your parcel be left on delivery.

All items shipped with Fastway Couriers are trackable and insured until signed for, once signed for customer is accepting responsibility for the parcel.

Tracking information for your parcel is available on request.
